This shop accepts Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover through Stripe and Paypal. California residents will be charged sales tax.
Orders will be shipped within 1-7 days of being placed, unless otherwise specified. Orders generally ship Mondays and Fridays. All packages will be sent USPS first class, and international orders will be shipped USPS International. All originals and heavier orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which is insured up to $50. International orders of originals and larger orders will be shipped First Class Air Mail, unless buyer requests Priority International for an additional cost. Orders containing pre-orders will be shipped when the entire order is available for shipment.
Please make sure your address is correct when checking out. Shop is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
For international orders: Packages are subject to customs clearance and in rare occurrences, delivery delayed through customs may take up to 6 weeks. Custom taxes, import duties, and/or VAT are the buyer's responsibility. Customs forms will reflect the full value of the order purchase total and will be marked as MERCHANDISE.
Shipping is entirely within the buyer's responsibility and replacements for any damaged goods during transit will be at the shop owner's discretion.
Refunds and Exchanges
No refunds or exchanges once order has been placed and shipped. This shop does not accept returns due to the small nature of the business. However if the order arrives damaged during shipment, please contact us via email. In most cases, the item will be replaced (if a domestic order, see below for International order policy) or the buyer given store credit.
*International Orders are shipped at the buyer's sole risk and responsibility. International shipments have a much higher incidence of loss or damage. While we take the utmost care to ensure your package arrives safely, we cannot guarantee that it will not be lost or damaged it transit by the delivery service. Therefore, if an order is lost or damaged during shipment, only orders for $75 (USD) or more will be shipped a replacement at no additional cost. Orders below that amount may be replaced with an additional $15 shipping fee.
